UX workshop and audit for AdmiralDirekt: user-centricity in practice
With a customized UX workshop, we took the AdmiralDirekt team on an exciting journey into the world of user experience design. We took a holistic approach: from analytical stocktaking to practical application.
The first step was a comprehensive UX audit, in which we examined existing processes and touchpoints together with the team. This systematic analysis helped us to identify optimization potential and create a solid foundation for the rest of the workshop content.
In the main part of the workshop, we not only imparted theoretical knowledge, but also placed particular emphasis on practical application. In realistic exercises, the participants developed their own solutions for everyday UX challenges. We paid particular attention to the development of user personas and customer journeys - key tools for understanding user needs even better and placing them at the center of all developments.
By combining theoretical principles with hands-on experience, we were able to provide the AdmiralDirekt team with optimal support in establishing UX design as an integral part of their daily work. The participants left the workshop with a sharpened eye for user-centered design and concrete tools for practical implementation.
