Michael is another founder of our digital agency and is responsible for project management and business management. As an engineer with a technical and business background, he brings a unique combination of skills and experience.

His technical expertise and deep understanding of business processes enable him to successfully plan, manage and complete projects. As an experienced project manager, he ensures that all projects are completed on time, on budget and with the highest quality.

Michael is a key pillar of our agency and helps to create an efficient and successful working environment. Through his leadership skills and tireless commitment, he ensures the sustainable success of our agency.

Guido is our highly qualified developer in the digital agency. His interest in technology and passion for digital media began at an early age and led him to successfully train as a digital and print media designer.

As one of the best in his year at the Cologne Chamber of Industry and Commerce, he completed his training at the beginning of 2016 and has been working as a full-stack developer ever since. At the same time, he successfully completed further training to become a media specialist (digital) and always keeps up to date with the latest trends and developments in the digital industry.

Guido brings with him a deep understanding of technical challenges and an unwavering passion for developing digital solutions. His ability to successfully implement complex projects makes him an indispensable part of our agency.

During her internship semester at our agency, Vanessa was able to demonstrate her potential as a Junior UI/UX Designer. She quickly integrated into our team and impressed us time and again with her skills and passion for design. 
Even after her internship semester, Vanessa has remained loyal to our team and works for us as a Junior UI/UX Designer alongside her studies. We appreciate the energy and ideas she brings to every project and look forward to her further development with us.

Stephanie Contzen is an experienced senior project manager with over 14 years of professional experience and additional expertise in web development. With training as an application developer (IHK), an academic background in information science and certifications in agile methods and digital transformation, she has acquired extensive knowledge in application development. Her ability to successfully manage complex projects and her precise way of working make her a valuable team member. Stephanie therefore not only brings in-depth technical know-how from her IHK training and practical experience, but also strong leadership skills in project management.
