Redesign of the NRW care guide
Verbraucherzentrale NRW e.V. commissioned us to redesign the care guide to improve user guidance. We designed the NRW care guide with a focus on the needs of people in need of care and their close relatives. The result is a contemporary, serious and informative design that ensures barrier-free and user-centered navigation through the website.
Our team developed a comprehensive concept for the Pflegewegweiser NRW that not only ensures a modern and reputable design, but also effective user guidance for people in need of care and their relatives. By integrating the latest design principles and a clear structure, a user-friendly interface was created that presents the content in a targeted manner.
The optimization of accessibility in accordance with the Barrier-free Information Technology Ordinance (BITV) was the focus of our work. Through targeted adaptations and technical measures, we ensure that the NRW Care Guide is optimally accessible for all user groups, including people with different needs.
The redesign of the care guide underlines our commitment to providing barrier-free information and efficient user guidance in the area of care advice. The successful implementation of the services helps the Verbraucherzentrale NRW e.V. to reach its target groups in an appealing and easily accessible way.
